My Story

I'm from Karnataka. I began in enterprise software, working on ERP and MRP systems for automotive suppliers and complex systems for the nuclear industry. Today, I build across software, buildings, and capital in the United States and India.

2004 — Founded Siva Solutions in California, expanding to India in 2005.2015 — Co-founded California healthcare practices and developed their commercial real estate.2022 — Began building AI products for healthcare practice operations.2026 — Developing powered industrial land in the Bangalore corridor for India's data center buildout.

Beyond

I hold a commercial pilot's license with an instrument rating. Flying taught the same lessons as business: trust the instruments, respect the checklist, and never let ambition outrun fuel.My family’s coffee estate is in Sakleshpur, in the Western Ghats.
